Q: Is TPG a web based service?

A:  No. We use this web site to inform potential executives and candidates about the kind of services and support we make available in individualized counseling for our clients. Every client is matched with one of our Partners for the duration of their program.


Q: Do you work with employees of all levels?

A: Yes- While our focus is at Executive levels due to the time and commitment we make, we do have programs available at all levels.


Q: How does a potential client access TPG’s services?

A: The easiest way is to go to our Contact Us page and send us an e-mail message. Or call the phone number there…or write to us. A Partner will be in touch with you as soon as possible.


Q: How does TPG handle the security of my inquiry? Will my conversations be kept confidential?

A: Your confidentiality is our utmost concern at all times. All of our past and future clients are guaranteed the utmost security in all of our communications and interactions.


Q: Do you have offices available?

A: Absolutely – but we have found that most times executives prefer a venue that makes them feel comfortable, at a location near them that we will travel to accommodate. It is what makes the personalized approach unique.


Q: How far is your coverage geographically?

A: Our coverage is national.


Q: How long are your programs?

A: While our typical executive programs run between 6 and 18 months, we will customize to fit the needs of the individual and company.

 

Q: Is there a premium charged for your customized programs?

A; No there is not. Our fees are comparable to alternative transition services and executive coaching firms.
